hotspot / breakfast is an excellent way to pamper yourself or a loved one. The setup is a fully functional breakfast tray with components like a toaster, a kettle and an espresso pot; all designed with a classic touch. Too bad it didn't hit the market during this past Valentine's week. It sure would have made many of us ladies happy…. being served breakfast in bed!
As Stefan explains, "The design is handle-free, with simplified forms and invisible technology. The technology is based on carbon nanotubes (CNT) integrated in the plastic so that parts of the body itself become a heating element and therefore function very energy-efficiently. The power is supplied by power interfaces on a base plate on which the devices are mounted, using the same principle as electric kettles. Recessed grips on the sides of the base plate reveal its additional function as a tray and make it easy to pick up."
